Il buon Padre, con particolare unzione inculca a tutti i suoi figli di regolare la loro condotta in modo che nessuno degli alunni o dipendenti loro possa gettar in faccia il noto proverbio: medice, cura te ipsum.

Albera esorta gli ispettori a collaborare uniti per far rispettare le disposizioni esistenti e ad evitare due abusi specifici: cure costose non adatte alla condizione economica dei membri e il trasferimento delle richieste di permesso direttamente al Rettor Maggiore anziché ai superiori immediati.
