La parola Kenitra, in arabo, significa “piccolo ponte”, è il diminutivo della parola “ponte” “Kàntara”. Il nome della nostra città esprime perfettamente la nostra missione. Vogliamo essere un piccolo ponte teso tra il nord (Europa) ed il sud (Africa), tra la civiltà occidentale e la civiltà arabo-islamica, tra cristiani e musulmani.

The recent General Chapters have treated the topic of “Salesian Brother” with deep concern, and the current state of affairs presents an urgent challenge. This matter concerns not only the Brothers but each individual within the community. It affects the entire body, the community, and a fundamental dimension of the Congregation. It’s not just about “him” but about “us” collectively.
