La presente relazione si concentrerà sugli sviluppi delle linee pedagogiche della Congregazione salesiana presenti soprattutto nei documenti ufficiali come le decisioni dei Capitoli Generali (CG), le lettere dei Rettori Maggiori e dei consiglieri scolastici negli Atti del Capitolo Superiore (ACS), i programmi d’insegnamento per gli studentati e le scuole salesiane.

Si tratta di un programma di terza accoglienza per inclusione e integrazione avviato dai Missionari di san Carlo – Scalabriniani – per giovani migranti, rifugiati ed autoctoni. L’obiettivo educativo-formativo è, appunto, la formazione e il training lavorativo al linguaggio della radio e alla pratica presso la Web Radio OntheMove. Nasce per dare un’opportunità professionale a giovani rifugiati, con una particolare attenzione per le donne e coloro che provengono da situazioni di alta vulnerabilità (vittime di tratta, ex minori non accompagnati, vittime di torture). A partire dall’esperienza di animazione del Gruppo Famiglie don Bosco presso l’Opera salesiana del Borgo Ragazzi a Roma (1997-2011), dalla creazione di “Progetto Coppia” – proposta di formazione permanente per Coppie (1999-2004) – e dalla creazione dell’Associazione Cerchi d’Onda – dedita alla solidarietà e pedagogia familiare –, è nata nel 2005 la Scuola di Formazione per Animatori Familiari (SFAF), scuola estiva di animazione e pastorale familiare per singoli, coppie e famiglie impegnate o sensibili nel settore.
