Onorarono il Congresso collo splendore della loro altissima dignità tre Eminentissimi Cardinali di S. Chiesa e oltre a trenta Eccellentissimi Arcivescovi e Vescovi, i quali accesero tutti i cuori d’un santo entusiasmo colla loro autorevole ed eloquentissima parola.
