La persona dell’educatore fa parte di quel gruppo professionale che svolge il suo lavoro entrando in relazioni profonde con altri. Franta, descrivendo la relazione educativa parla di interazione e di comunicazione educativa, e cioè di una situazione interpersonale e del processo nel quale intervengono i diversi partners, anche se su un piano di non parità.
Si tratta di un programma di terza accoglienza per inclusione e integrazione avviato dai Missionari di san Carlo – Scalabriniani – per giovani migranti, rifugiati ed autoctoni. L’obiettivo educativo-formativo è, appunto, la formazione e il training lavorativo al linguaggio della radio e alla pratica presso la Web Radio OntheMove. Nasce per dare un’opportunità professionale a giovani rifugiati, con una particolare attenzione per le donne e coloro che provengono da situazioni di alta vulnerabilità (vittime di tratta, ex minori non accompagnati, vittime di torture). We believe in education and we challenge ourselves to plan our procedures in its regard; youth ministry comes into being when education is translated into concrete educational processes. The effort to plan, by means of the SEPP, keeps alive our willingness to be actively present amongst the young. By following the four dimensions we are helped in developing the personality of the young Christian through a systematic variety of proposals and a broad understanding of youth ministry which is open to everyone.
