Il Decreto di Promulgazione introduce il documento “La formazione dei Salesiani di Don Bosco. Principi e norme” (Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis et Studiorum), terza edizione, approvato dal Consiglio generale e promulgato l’8 dicembre 2000, solennità dell’Immacolata Concezione della Beata Vergine Maria. Questo documento normativo, insieme al complemento “Criteri e norme di discernimento vocazionale salesiano. Le ammissioni”, offre una guida sicura per la formazione alla vita religiosa apostolica salesiana, integrando principi e norme dalle Costituzioni, dai Regolamenti generali e da altri documenti della Chiesa e della Congregazione.

A partire dall’esperienza di animazione del Gruppo Famiglie don Bosco presso l’Opera salesiana del Borgo Ragazzi a Roma (1997-2011), dalla creazione di “Progetto Coppia” – proposta di formazione permanente per Coppie (1999-2004) – e dalla creazione dell’Associazione Cerchi d’Onda – dedita alla solidarietà e pedagogia familiare –, è nata nel 2005 la Scuola di Formazione per Animatori Familiari (SFAF), scuola estiva di animazione e pastorale familiare per singoli, coppie e famiglie impegnate o sensibili nel settore. L’expérience “Salohy” est née suite à la demande des jeunes animateurs des Oratorio de Madagascar, pour leur permettre de réaliser une expérience missionnaire auprès des enfants et des jeunes, dans un endroit où il n’y pas encore une présence des FMA ou des SDB. L’expérience “Salohy” a une double finalité: – pour les jeunes volontaires missionnaires, vivre une expérience missionnaire où ils sont des protagonistes pour porter la Bonne nouvelle aux autres jeunes; – pour les jeunes et les enfants du lieu de mission, partager la spiritualité et la méthode éducative de Don Bosco aux jeunes des autres paroisses ou diocèses. La Escuela Normal Superior (ENS), es una institución formadora de maestros, ubicada en el Área Metropolitana de Medellín (Antioquia-Colombia), zona densamente poblada y con fuertes contrastes entre ricos y pobres. Estos últimos, en su gran mayoría, llegaron huyendo de la violencia o buscando mejores condiciones de vida. Esta situación ha propiciado el aumento de niños y jóvenes en situación de riesgo, a los cuales el Estado no siempre les puede garantizar el derecho a la educación con calidad. This study will look at how the Salesian brother’s vocation appears in official Salesian writings while Don Bosco was founding the Salesian Congregation, and at how the Congregation has theologically reflected on that vocation as part of its renewal of its Constitutions. It will then examine how this identity has been applied.

La Pastoral Juvenil Salesiana requiere la convergencia de las intenciones y de las convicciones por parte de todos aquellos que están implicados en el proyecto y en la realización de la Comunidad Educativo-Pastoral, espacio donde aquella se ejerce. En este capítulo expondremos su identidad comunitaria, sus dinamismos, su estilo de corresponsabilidad y las modalidades de animación de su crecimiento. De igual forma, la comunidad está llamada a invertir en la fi gura del educador salesiano.
