Tutti i Soci conducono vita comune, stretti solamente dal vincolo della carità e dei voti semplici, il che li unisce in guisa da formare un cuor solo ed un ’anima sola per amare e servire Iddio. Queste parole lette nell’art. 7 delle Costituzioni, sgorgarono dal cuore di D.Bosco ardente della più viva carità. L’autore, nel testo datato 4 dicembre 1920, esprime una serie di raccomandazioni riguardanti diversi aspetti, tra cui l’inizio dell’anno scolastico, l’importanza delle visite ispettive, la cura dei confratelli giovani, la formazione ecclesiastica, la vigilanza sui confessori e l’esame delle facoltà della Santa Penitenzieria.
Il Rettor Maggiore annuncia il Resoconto del settimo Capitolo Generale, che si tenne nell’autunno scorso, con le deliberazioni che vi si presero. Ci volle un po’ di tempo per ordinare gli articoli e per prepararne la stampa; ma ora sono radunate e coordinate le cose che allora si stabilirono, ed ai Direttori parrà di trovarsi di nuovo qualche momento insieme con gli altri Superiori, attorno alla cara tomba di D.
