The Rector Major writes upon returning from Poland, where he participated in the Beatification of 108 martyrs, including our confrere Fr. Joseph Kowalski and five young men from our Oratory and Youth Centre in Poznan. This event was a grace and a source of joy for our Family, almost unexpected. The process began only seven years ago, and it’s remarkable that Beatification was achieved in this year preceding the great Jubilee. The candidates’ names were not initially included in our list of Causes for beatification, and they were relatively unknown outside their own country.
