Egidio Viganò – “Letter of the Rector Major” in “Acts of the Superior Council of the salesian society”

During Lent, the Rector Major emphasizes the significance of preparing earnestly for the contemplation of the Easter mystery, which encapsulates the essence of our faith and serves as the foundation for all aspects of our mission. It is their hope that during this time, each community, under the guidance of the Rector and every individual confrere, will foster an atmosphere conducive to internal reflection, providing illumination and strength for the community’s endeavors in educating young people in the faith. Furthermore, they express the desire that particular attention be given to their recent circular regarding the special emphasis on fostering vocations within our Salesian mission.
